I’m tired of seeing talented people struggle to be successful
Do any of these sound familiar?
You’ve gotten promotions, but your colleagues still see you as more junior than you are.
You speak up in meetings but have trouble getting buy-in for your ideas.
You’ve been working yourself to the bone, but your most recent performance review was disappointing.
Your manager doesn’t have time to help you build the “soft skills” that you need to advance.
You just feel blah about your current role and aren’t sure what you should do next.
If so, you’re in the right place.
I’ve experienced all of those scenarios—and more—over the course of my career. Then, when I became a manager, I realized that confidence, executive presence, and relationship management were the most important skills I could help my team develop.
When I stopped giving so much direction and started giving my team tools be more assertive and collaborative in even the most challenging situations, they flourished. And to my surprise, I felt much more fulfilled at work.
When I got laid off in spring 2024, I had time to think about which parts of my work I really loved. And it turns out that supporting people in their career growth is the thing I find most exciting about work.
So, I decided to start Vista Career Coaching! Now I can be a trusted, impartial advisor to anyone, anywhere, who wants to overcome their career obstacles.
I'm a lifelong learner, and I'm building up my coaching skills using resources from reputable organizations. I also hold a Master of Public Health from Drexel University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from New College of Florida.

Vista Career Coaching provides personalized coaching services to support you in your career development. I take a strengths-based approach, so we'll learn together about your personal attributes that make you unique and find ways to use them to your advantage. While you will gain more self-knowledge and feel more motivated, we won't stop there: You'll leave every session with an action plan, and we'll reflect on how those actions went during our next session.

I primarily work with individuals who need or want to build up the professional skills that it seems like everyone else learned secretly somewhere. I also help folks who are adjusting to a new role. Many of my clients are early-to-mid career professionals, but not always!

Before your first session, I’ll send you some materials to complete in advance that will guide our initial conversation. Then, over a video call, we’ll identify your overarching goal and your goal for each individual session. You can expect to spend time setting goals, planning, trying new things, and reflecting on the actions you take. We’ll work through your challenges together and end with an actionable plan for you to implement.

It's totally up to you! It may take only a session or two for you to work through your obstacles, or it may take a few months. The length of our partnership depends on the skills you want to build and the complexity of your challenges.

Pricing varies depending on whether you purchase individual sessions or a package. I'll never pressure you into signing up for a package!
